Do my subs need an account?
No. Each request has a private link that works on any phone for 30 days. They can upload, take a photo, or send it to their agent.
Does Sub Certs verify coverage with the insurer?
No. We read the certificate your sub sends and check it against your requirements. A certificate is for information only; check important details with the insurer or your insurance advisor.
Which certificates can you read?
Standard ACORD 25 certificates and most other formats, as PDFs or photos. If a file can't be read, you can enter the details yourself or ask for a clearer copy.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Certificates are read through paid AI services that don't train on customer data. Files from the free checker are deleted after 24 hours.
What happens when I reach my vendor limit?
Your vendors keep working. To add more, move to a bigger plan or archive vendors you no longer use. Archived vendors are free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
