What we collect
Account details (name, work email, company), vendor contacts, uploaded certificates, and the fields we read from them. The free checker may also receive a file you drop on the marketing site.
How certificates are read
Certificates are read through paid AI services that do not train on customer data. We do not sell your files or use them to train our own models.
Free checker
Files uploaded to Check my COI are deleted after 24 hours. Limits are 3 checks per day per visitor without an email, and 10 with an email.
Deletion
You can export your data and delete your account from Settings. Deleted accounts are purged after 30 days.
Beta
Sub Certs is in beta. Email hello@sub-certs.com if you have a privacy question or want your data deleted sooner.
