The product is a tool
Sub Certs helps you organize and track certificates of insurance. It does not verify coverage with insurers, issue ACORD forms, or give insurance or legal advice. You confirm every certificate before it is treated as current.
Your data
You are responsible for the vendors, files and requirements you put in the product. Do not upload files you do not have the right to store.
Plans and cancellation
Paid plans renew until you cancel in Settings. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to Free.
Liability
Liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months. Sub Certs is not liable for premium-audit charges, claims, or jobs lost because a certificate was missing or misread.
Beta
Sub Certs is in beta, so features and limits can change. We collect your work email, company name, vendor contacts, and the certificates you upload so we can run the product. Email hello@sub-certs.com if something is wrong or you want your data deleted.
